How much should I donate?

We accept donations of all shapes and sizes. Anything to help keep our servers running is appreciated.

Use the PayPal fee calculator to determine how much money would come to us. For a $1 donation, we only get 67 cents. For $10, we get $9.41.


I heard rumor I get something for donating

I need to make this very clear. You are not giving us money in exchange for any product or service. Donation does not guarantee you can play on our servers and do not prevent or remove bans past or future. You are donating, which helps us keep our game servers alive. As a way of saying thanks, we often give donors access to special things on our servers or on the forum. There is no guarantee that any of these "thank you" things will be available for any period of time.

That said, here is what we currently offer to any donor who donates more than $10 to our server fund (that's the Servers link on the donation page):
A green colored username on the forums.
A gold colored username on our Minecraft servers.
Reserved slot with our Minecraft servers, join even when they're full!
Access to cute cosmetic changes on our battle-based Team Fortress 2 servers (tf4.joe.to, tf5.joe.to, tf6.joe.to). Currently, cute glowing sandvich. Munch in style, as our way of saying thanks.

If you are interested in these, send me a private message (that PM button below this post) with your email address used for the donation and a list of which you want. Choose anywhere from none to all of them. If you want minecraft-related things, I'll need your minecraft username. If you want tf2 related things, I'll need your steamID.

donations are so low my mum said we mgith be able to but can we use credit card? and will it be secure

i still wanna donate cause its a great community and its fun to be apart off and im not doing it for the cool things.

Donations are handled through Paypal, which uses credit cards.

what if paypal doesn't work. (i have a federal credit union card and paypal don't like it for some reason. pay pal says the card does not exist.)

Don't worry about it, you can contribute in other non-money ways, like invite your friends to our servers

hi i donated but i used a different email than the one i use for my account
will i still be able to get the stuff you get for donating 10 dollars?

Yes, just as long as you tell mbaxter what's going on about what your donation email was, and that it was you that donated.
