To set the password, open console and type;
password passwordhere
replace "passwordhere" with current password.
You can then continue to browse for the server, or type in console;
connect ns2.joe.to
you do not need to type :27015 because that is already programmed into the game at the moment.
I found out something which may be important for the admins. Adjusting anything on the server with players in-game will result in a client freeze, which can be fixed by typing in console;
connect 0
which further results in the loss of mouse functionality in-game and in menus. the only thing I have found to fix it is to open console, type;
quit
and restart NS2.

i tried password j2 and password joe2 either way, i get "incorrect password" when i try to connect to ns2.joe.to
