The Electronic Freedom Foundation points out that the proposed FCC net neutrality policy allows the same thing they stopped two years ago -- namely, the lawful use of downloading services. They're asking us to sign a petition:

I never mentioned Belgium, but there are other countries that have internet censorship, and some; laws, if not just proposals to severe internet access of people "caught" pirating...

People aren't rioting because they're basically apathetic - they either don't care about it at all, or don't care because they don't think it will affect them.
