Re: Giant informative post on Guild Wars 2

My clan will be rolling on Darkhaven if anyone wants to join. Largely competitive, and Darkhaven is going to have the pleasure of having the headlining Korean PvP clan, War Machine on there as well. (shoot me now.)

Re: Giant informative post on Guild Wars 2

I think it'd be best to try and work out in advance what server world we'd all choose, rather than spending gems later (who knows how long it takes to score 1800 gems,) to try and unite .j2 off the start. EDIT: I found a post on gw2guru of someone who is actually keeping track of which communities a...

Re: Terraria

so basically minecraft, but in 2D, and more focus on fighting can you colour sheep pink? So far, there are no friendly mobs, only hostile ones. However there are NPC's (Guide, Nurse, Merchant) that you can interact with. Would be pretty sweet if you could toss a gem at a slime and change it's color.

Terraria

I don't really know how to introduce an upcoming game, but here goes nothing. I can best describe Terraria as a combination of Metroid, Zelda games and MineCraft. A 2D action platformer whose main page sums up the experience in one sentence. "Dig, fight, explore, build! Nothing is impossible in...

I would have picked Welcome Back Kotter... but that's just me. No clue who The Waltons are, so I retract my old statement.

Re: hoard

I love the concept, and I have it... problem is they are working on a fix for my graphics card. Great time to get a game that doesn't work though, getting a whole new rig within a week or two.

Excluding Rage... 2011 reminds me why I need to get out of debt so I can put myself back into it again.

Re: What is was your most rewarding moment in a game?

I'd have to say my most rewarding moments would be with Wolfenstein 3D, SoD, Doom/Doom 2, and Duke Nukem 3d. I beat all of the above with full level completions without a guide. (This is back in the day when each of the above came out.) Another fun one was Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold.

Re: Dungeon Defender

Yeah damnit, I forgot about that. Haven't they created a program to emulate that yet? I know Hamachi emulates a LAN. Someone needs more pie for motivation. I'm debating on waiting for the steam pre-order to hit (2 weeks prior to release,) or just go for the D2D. I wish I could focus more on either b...
