If you want to seed the server just put out an event that says "Somebody play on tf4 with me" and, in my experience, that gets a good damn number of people playing as it makes a noticeable popup on their computer screen. It's obvious you kicked jazzy out of frustration and I feel like that...

the other thing to keep in mind is how much damage was done. assuming the admin did make a mistake and kicked someone for no reason, all the person had to do is rejoin and the problem is solved. that's not excusing a bad admin, and in that situation, the admin should have some kind of action taken....
