I'll have to figure out a better solution soon then.
It wouldn't be too expensive to upgrade again but I'll hold off on that until we're getting pretty consistent, fun ruining lag.

Yeah hahaha. Also I reduced the spawn protect again slightly and decreased max world size again.
Memory is at 100% usage a great amount of the time. I don't really know what to do about that without being able to use something like ClearLag but that requires Bukkit.

Made a few changes.
Increased spawn protection slightly, increased game difficulty to normal(was on easy), and decreased the max world size.
