Been playing the demo, but it's hard as shit with no apparent way to regen health other than getting lucky drops. I'm thinking the actual quests must be pretty short though, or else it would be pretty impossible.

it's also good for transitioning into a Bloodstone on heroes like Krob or Necrolyte, which was a common strat in Heroes of Newerth.
