does wad include just include the tex's you used in the wad you told it to include? or does it put it all in?

does downloading the dedicated server thing off steam in the games list give you the wads, models, and other stuff that orriginaly was in the old cstrike folder? i got it, but i dont see em...

are the maps going to be played on the 31st october and only then? or will they run for a week or something? they better run for a while, otherwize tons of people won't be able to get in the server and play.
