Well I wouldn't say dying.... but I'm getting very tired of these damn pyromaniacs that burn everything down. Its like every time I join the server I spend my time putting out fires. I had a building I was working on all in flames when I joined earlier today, which makes me wonder how all these fire...

Except I can instantly set my Karma to Very good with a perk if I so want. Blowing up Megaton eliminates the survival guide quest, which when I didn't blow up megaton I lied about my research anyway.
