Good to know. I wasn't feeling pyromancy at first, but once I found chaos fireball that helped out a lot. Also you can parry off a black flame shield break, so that is cool too

I used to think that about dark souls, before I played it. And I would be like, "why would I want to play a game that all the know about it is that it is hard?" Ian7, do yourself a favor, give dark souls 1 about 20 hours, then consider your life choices.

What a good joke. Anyway, the game looks interesting. I always hear about dwarf fortress, but the whole asci graphics and hard difficulty made me not even try. This might be a good first game to try out for this genre.
