That's a bug with me too. It happens when you reload some weapons, you'll be unable to aim, shoot, loot bodies/containers and bring up your Pip-Boy. I've been playing it since I downloaded it yesterday, got to Bowerstone and I haven't been prompted to pay anything. Seems like this could possibly be the full version after all.

From what I hear, this is just "Episode 1" of Fable 2, despite it being a 7GB download. Seems once you get to the town of Bowerstone, you'll be prompted to pay to continue playing.
