they don't need to tho, as long as ur healing someone at 99% or less it doesn't matter how fast they hurt themselfs long as they stay below it.

no you gain uber just as fast at 150% as 100% or 110%.
But at 1-99% you get uber faster. I've tested it a lot trust me dud

healing someone below 100% = Ubercharge in 40secs
Healing someone at or above 100% = ubercharge in about 1min 10secs
