hm, now every time i try to login it just says "can't connect to minecraft.net" and it won't let me play offline

this is really poopy

ok so i've registered an account and everything and it won't let me play, says i have to play online in order to enable offline, but i can't play online until i pay? i don't have a problem paying for the game if i like it, but i want to play around a bit first... is there no demo whatsoever?

I have to wonder why it's so different in the States... personally I've never had any bad experiences with cops. As long as you are polite with them I find they're generally willing to let you off as much as they can.
