Once an account has been established and you have created a colony.
Firstly you will need to research "Foreign Cultures" under "Seafaring" research.
This enables you to build an embassy. From within the embassy,
search for the acies exemplar alliance. Type in "-ae-", of course without
the quotes. Send me a message stating who you are and place J2 as the
subject.
