Hey I'm up for games anytime I'm online! I'm Jesse on Steam btw. Have you been playing at all since last Friday? Found any characters you like yet? I could offer a few suggestions on characters that have some simple, powerful stuff to learn and that function well online.

I'm not sure if I'll be present tomorrow... might be out. If I am home I'll definitely be all over KoF '98 tho :toot:

Nah, I haven't played since Friday, but it'd be cool to learn some of the basics.

Derp, we've GOTTA play more Vampire Savior. Last night was so much freaking fun, I had a blast playing against you! It's such a good game, we've gotta get more of that action going. I'm gonna call it now that next week's Friday Night Slugfest stream is gonna be a Vampire Savior stream. c:

I am, and that is a beauty! If there was a PS3/360 dual version I would probably buy it :P

I'm currently watching the SRK trading outlet looking for a nice used dual mod stick though. Especially a nice custom one with 8 buttons. I hate that most of them always have 6 buttons, the other 2 are so useful for binds in training mode or whatever.

Smash confirmed for Evo 2014. Nintendo is officially endorsing the competitive Smash scene! Get hype!

I need a fight stick to play that damn game. I need two small spiders helping me when I use a keyboard and the 360 dpad still sucks.

Dualshock controller is ok for 2D fighters. Probably one of your best cheap options

Using the dualshock or the 360 controller is fine ,but damn, some of the special moves required in all of these fighting game feel like they have to be done in such
a precise manner on a controller as opposed to the modest and natural motions of an arcade stick.

Imagine if you were trying to put in a cheat code, while someone is trying to beat you up.
not fun
