still not right, your character name has a first and a last part separated by a period. for example mine is joe.joeto

On a related note, anyone know if I can change the real name associated with the account? It was my brother's account, but he doesn't use it anymore so he gave it to me. From what I saw, I'd have to file a support ticket to change it.
