I think its kinda understandable if you think about someone never hearing about portal 2 or what it was about, and just give it to them to play...it might be confusing. Plus, it doesn't look like she plays many games judging by how poorly she navigates around. Part 2 is even worse, but it becomes obvious she doesn't understand the concept behind portal, and once she does it's not as frustrating to watch.

But after playing through the game, just watching people play it and not immediately solving the puzzles is very, very frustrating to watch.
