bf3 jets are a joke

they go about the same speed as jeeps on a straight road

look at this video, at about 1:50 you can see how slow they are

yeah... I'm just about done with EA and bf. The first one and bf2 were awesome but after that its been really going down hill.

I think there is a mini-gun attached to the APC, as for the jets, they look silly flying that slow. I saw a play-through of the same map from a ground troop perspective yesterday, and noticed how slow the jet was as it flew by where the guy was standing. I can't find the video, but it verifies what joe was talking about.

you can unlock a stinger missile, which is 1-shot kill, guided fire-and-forget on helis and jets

When I was an engineer and using the stinger missile it was definitely not a 1 shot kill. The best it could do is disable which didn't happen all the time or even most of the time (I guess it had to be damaged by other players first to do enough damage). Even then jets and helicopters get a "WARNING" right before missiles hit them so they know exactly when to avoid it and they are easy to avoid.

There are AA tanks and then at the main bases there are also stationary AA guns. Not like BFBC2, more like what dantesus said, a mini-gun type of thing.

Ignore what he says about the shitty range, he doesn't know how to lead properly enough to hit things at range.
