Last time I checked, it would be offered on the xbox marketplace as an arcade game. I haven't seen an arcade game go for more than 1200 Microsoft points; which evens out to be about $20. Which is why I'm thinking CS:Go will only be $20 at most.. for the console at least, but I don't think the prices will vary much (if at all) from computer to console.

Word on the street (joe told me) is that at Valve you get to spend your time working on whichever project you please. And right now practically the entire company is excitedly working on DotA2. So you can expect a wait.

I think they have Hidden Path helping them out though. I heard about 60-70 were working on DOTA2 and Valve has 250+ employees now.

so when it's going to be awhile for the beta version to be released to the masses.....i found a download version, not sure if it allows you to join a server.
