I think Dark Souls is seriously making a run for one of my favorite games of all time list. I've put 40 hours into it and I still have to get the last 4 lord souls to go off and face Gwyn

Haha yeah, I had 100 hours when I had like 1/4 lord souls.

Excellent. I remember telling you the same thing a long time ago, I'm glad you like it as much as I did.

I never did finish getting the plat trophy on PS3, I was like 75% done with my 2nd playthrough, I only needed a few more soul weapons really. You need 3 Sif souls if I remember right to get 100%, so 3 playthroughs minimum. I should go back and finish that one of these days.

I managed to kill Seath. Decided to head to New Londo to fight the Four Kings. I've actually never watched a fight with them before, kinda don't want to to preserve their surprise. What kind of a fight is it though? Will my melee tank be decently set?

I'm debating if I should bump my catbro (mage) up to 120 instead of 100. Mostly for more vit, I just worry that I'll get less invades.

this is mostly just to rub in django's face. Don't worry, there is shitty dubstep over it

its a bitch to actually land them in the second half though

there is a cap on the dark forest.

if you are in the forest covenant, you can only invade at your summon level, or infinitely upwards.
if you are looking to get invaded in the dark forest, you will only invade people at your summon level, and people infinitely below you, never higher.
imo, don't join the cat covenant for pvp unless you are at least lvl 100, otherwise you will be fighting people so much stronger than you and get killed over and over again.

The dark moon covenant is way better for early invasions. You can invade people at your level and infinitely downwards against anyone who either kills the illusion of the giant princess, or sins (kills friendly NPC, kills non hostile boss, or gets indited). You can invade people at your level, and infinitely downwards as long as they have sin.
