Still a new primary somewhere in this event, lets hope it is a Winchester, that'd fill your cowboy needs.
Though, I do wonder if they might finally give into demand for the AA12 soon...who am I kidding, it'll be a platinum CAR-4 or something else Overkillish.

Official modding support has been added into Payday 2 in the latest update.
OVERKILL_ALMIR wrote:We support the PAYDAY modding community and want to make things easier for you. Not long ago we invited Tatsuto from Last Bullet Gaming and Olipro, the developer of Hoxhud, to sit down and talk about how we can help you guys.

As a first step, we are introducing a way for you to handle your mods.

Mod instructions
1. Create a root folder for your mod inside [payday2 root]\assets\mod_overrides

2. Place the override files inside your mod's folder.

Example of a texture and a soundbank being overridden:
[payday2 root]\assets\mod_overrides\george_supermod_v1.01\units\payday2\characters\shared_textures\civ_female_1_df.texture
[payday2 root]\assets\mod_overrides\george_supermod_v1.01\soundbanks\accomplice_driver_2.bnk

You can override the following file types:
texture, material_config, animation, model, bnk, stream.

In the Start menu, navigate to Options -> Mods.
In the Mods menu you can browse your mods and check for eventual conflicts.
Resources that conflict between mods will be printed in red font.

It's fun if you have a crew to play with, not so much when you pub it.

A new Gage pack has been announced.

http://overkillsoftware.com/gagehistoricalpack/

Historical weaponry ho!

Quick edit: What I can glean from a quick Wikipedia visit/reading the site:

"Broomhandle" = Mauser C96 (German pistol)
"Trusty old 'Friend'" = German light machine gun
"Mother of all sniper rifles" = Mosin Nagant
"Room Broom" = Sterling sub machine gun

(Edit 2: And this is what happens when I don't read the site... fixed w/more info)
(Edit 3: ...I have no idea how I didn't see that)

I would imagine that the "Mother of all" is a Mosin–Nagant seeing as it's a russian bolt action rifle that "sent the nazis to hell".

Holy shit, Mallcrasher on Overkill as a Techforcer is basically free money if you know how to fight hordes and use gas cans.

I went from level 20 to level 38 in just a day, also from getting 5 figure payouts to 6 figures.

I remember when I used to care about money.. 75+ million later and I can't spend a dime.

For those who don't want to/can't watch the video, Clover will finally be released with that heist, and it will be released on the 16th (likely with the usual buildup).

I'm psyched for it.

Two DLC packs. For one update. What the actual fuck, Overkill?

Overkill wrote:Multi Skill Build: New Skill Feature

Are you tired of re-speccing every time you want to switch from stealth to loud? Have you ever wanted to have multiple skill builds but never could afford the skill costs or bother remembering your favorite set-up? If so, this is your lucky day; introducing the Multi Skill Build feature.

Construct up to five Skill Builds – profiles of skills and perk decks. Need a Skill Set heavy on stealth for Framing Frame? Jumping between a Fugimind and a Techforcer set-up? No problem – create a Skill Build each, save it and you’re good to go. Going loud in Hotline? Easy. Switch back to a loud Skill Build. With a few clicks, you’re always ready to bring the best skills for any heist.
And with this, Mastermind will never have to re-spec again...

Also, going loud in Hotline? *Snicker*...

The Izhma shotgun with Mag Plus and Overkill is basically a cop lawnmower on that new Diamond map.
