Definitely has my interest. But I don't like how people are already setting up their dominance with super crazy ships they paid for.
Because, since you don't know me, there is a great possibility that I'm on an higher intellectuel level then you are on.

yeah $5k for a ship is a bit much, BUT they are doing to seed the universe with large derelict vessels so you can rebuild them and take them over. I can also see why people would spend the money initially so they can have a leg up especially if it becomes popular.

I am posting here to say I'm officially in this shindig. My name remains the same, of course. Looking forward to that dogfighting module getting released.

So there is discussion of a J2 Organization, who would run it and names. Probably worth discussing it.

So start discussing, guys. You come up with a cool name and I'll make a fancy logo; you know how this works.

As for who runs it, I don't care. If it's a J2 Organization then we can promote J2 regulars to the administrative roles and we can all help run things.

I've been paying attention.

It seems like a massive clusterfuck waiting to happen.
If they pull this off they can definitely have my money. But not until they pull it off. They made too many shit-for-brains decisions right at the start for me to really trust them at all.

Arena Commander has been released, this is what they were referring to as the Dogfighter module for the game.

Single player multiplayer spaceship dogfighting for those who preorderd, essentially alpha of a more general release.

i'm in the same boat as avv

been kind of following it since the start i think (golden tickets), and i'd like to dump a crapton of time into this, if it ever lives up to the hype.

however, i'll be waiting until they actually show the multiplayer universe gameplay and shit before buying it
