Not like circle strafing him for eternity is any "better." The cool thing about dark souls is its one of the few games that lets you abuse the environment and ai to defeat the boss. I don't see what the big deal is.

The game is out to fuck you at every moment I've never once hesitated to fuck the game back.

Got up to the first boss in the 2nd world, arghhh. Not totally hard, but having issues beating it lol. Somehow I'm SL41 already though, mostly an INT build. Only 2 spells though ._.
