the thing about keeping perks separate from special was that you could pick the silly perks without thinking about serious character building. Guess I won't be able to get bloody mess ;_;

I think they showed it in the last video, and you can see it in the poster. I was just saying if they make me pick between "important" perks, like shooting guns better and silly things like bloody mess, weird wasteland, etc I will probably pick the serious stuff and be a boring shootman

I like how the first Tweet I saw was someone being mad about there even being DLC in the first place. If there's any series where DLC is super welcome it's been the Fallout series.

All five upcoming DLC's for Fallout 4 will be based on Mothership Zeta alternate events, mostly in the form of what hats the companions are wearing. They will also each raise the level cap by 20, and remove a random fundamental game mechanic, such as melee combat, stats impacting gameplay in any way, or even engine stability. Preorder now!
