Hey, say what you will, but in my opinion B-team nailed PvP and sorta made up for the lack luster base game with the good dlc trilogy.

Same here. And yeah fair enough, if Miyazaki had worked on the PvE aspects it would've been a really amazing (if not near perfect) game

Katana I bought Scholar for cheap three weeks ago and have about 160 hours in now on this here Catarina Paladin BlueBro I made and lemme tell you it's only because I'm addicted and this is rock bottom after completing several DS1 builds. Also because I don't have enough controller games and that's what I'm limited to and I'm sad.

DS2 fucked up a lot (Excessive vertical hazards/platforming, adaptability, and shockwaves come to mind), especially for PvP. All aboard the DS3 hype train. People are saying it's got the best core gameplay of any Souls game, even above Bloodborne. Music is supposed to be GOAT too. Everyone playing the Japanese version these past few days are smitten. Get hype.

Also a reminder that if your first run isn't Max Strength/Vitality/Endurance you're a failure and I will hunt you in PvP with whatever build I make second.

Been hearing DS3 is the best Souls period. That's a high pedestal. Get so hype.

My first build is pure STR, I even did it in Bloodborne. Health is for pansies.

I used to think that about dark souls, before I played it. And I would be like, "why would I want to play a game that all the know about it is that it is hard?" Ian7, do yourself a favor, give dark souls 1 about 20 hours, then consider your life choices.

Ian consider the satisfaction and achievement you feel in CSGO whenever yo rank up, beating a dark souls boss is like that, something you earned by improving how you play, the game actually isn't super difficult, it has nothing on games like Ghosts N' Goblins, it just tries is hardest not to let you cheese your way past a challenge.

Guess that's why they made the DLC bosses so fucking bullshit.

Anyway, I'm most likely going to do STR/INT first, followed by DEX Pyro. My two favorite builds

Also DEX/INT, that shit's always fun.
