Stepping out of your comfort zone.

Post by Ian7 » Wed Oct 26, 2011 6:33 pm

So for my girlfriend's psych class she has to find something to do that will force her out of her comfort zone. Only problem is that's almost impossible to do. She's only 17 and she's traveled ALOT of the world. She has the most amazing people skills. And has done a lot of other stuff.
So I need ideas and I kinda want them to be centered around what some us do. You know video games, comic books, board games (War Hammer, D&D and the such). I have a few ideas so far:

- Have her spend the night playing tf4 with you guys.
- Have her go to my comic shop and have her play a round of D&D with some of the odd people I always hear yelling downstairs.
- Make her go to church. (Not trying to insult anyone she's just hardcore atheist.)

Any suggestions are really appreciated!

Throw her into a pit of eels for the night, even the most worldly people I've known have cracked under that test.

the church idea isn't bad. one time I went on a snowboarding trip that turned out to be a christian snowboarding trip. It was kinda awkward when they did their god talk I would give my most evil, condescending atheist opinion on whatever question they were asking.
I would have also said go out with a nerd, but that doesn't seem to effect her :owned:
Django-Oh lord, take my lunch money. Please, don't hurt me!
Waterbear- You're dumb and stupid btw and i hate you for saying that forever
Adam- You are right. It's time we all stopped hiding. I'm a girl gamer and I know Joe, RottenCheese and Waterbear are too.

Have her sleep with her boss/professor. Or you sleep with her boss/professor while she watches. I'm sure that may garner a response.
