i apologize for having to do this, but i'll have another version of my map later tonight.

there were a few things i did in the interiors that hdr didn't like, so i went in and changed em.
it was fine the way it was before, but it was eating at me so i had to go in and change it.

i'll do the final compile and post the dl link after i get back from grindhouse.

Tiled my textures, bspzipped them, HDR compiled my map, built the cubemaps and made the .txt file.
I just couldn't get the fucking overview to work.

Here is the final version of the map. I ran around the map to see if there are missing textures, and I think it's all ok. So yeah, you can consider the map done.

Boo:
Precache of sprites/glow01 ambigious (no extension specified)
Setting CSprite to non-sprite model sprites/glow01
Failed to load sound "docsounds\boo_germaine_roserouge.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository
Also you might want to make the blue lasers not blockable by the player.
And you still have the displacement bug at T spawn.

I'll make the overview if you can't get it to work.

wav file missing? Are you sure you put all the sounds from the latest zip into your sound folder? I checked, and it's in it...

PS: would you mind posting (or PMing if you prefer) me your latest bsp of zuhhhh? Otherwise I think it's gonna take too long downloading from steam with my shitty Belgian download speed.

You're right you had the sound, dunno how it managed to not get in my folder as it made it into the one I have setup for the zip.

You'll have to wait for the final testing of all the maps to get zuhhh.

Arg! I need to connect to the server when it's on so that I can see the test version :D

Here is my map. displacement bug is finally fixed, the lasers too. I think this time it's final (really final)

Tomorrow afternoon, followed by tomorrow evening, we should test my map, boos map, jones, and anyone else who wants testing. (ALPHA@?!?)

I'm pretty much done. We'll see if mines final after testing.

Relax, dammit! :-) I don't really have as much time to map lately as I would like, but I try to whenever I get the chance. All I have to do is make the T spawn, the connecting halls, and finish up the secret stuff. Barring some unforseen circumstances, I should be nearing a test version soon.

I'll post the final link to my map real soon. The .bsp hasn't changed, but I added a nav and a res file for it (not bspzipped).

yea bigdog has a habit of taking maps from other places. so he might have got it from somewhere else. someones gonna have to say something. he also has it released for CSCZ??? :?
