Curved hallways?

Does anyone have an idea on how to create curved hallways? The one in this link for example is really good looking:

I know how to apply the textures to make the textures go along with the curve but the brushwork itself... how do you do that? I know you need vertex manip, but how do you know your road is making such a perfectly rounded curve? Also I need to add walls since I want a hallway...

I used Hammer 3.4 for this, but it doesn't matter.

The bottom shape is like a 1/4 of a sliced pizza, with the corresponding sides needed. The upper shape has a collection of simple shapes, pictured below:
