Searching for Map

I remember a halloween map, I am so sure I got it from here. But I can't find it now, I thought it was in a Halloween pack, but it's not, I would recognize the picture.

It was a house, haunted looking, but with little scary stuff, at the front room of the house (the parlor) there was "Get Out" written in blood, one room had a chair rocking by it self, in another room was a baby carriage rocking by itself. In a different room, which spanned for two stories, a "portal" into hell, a large fleshy pillar breaking through the ground up to the second (and third?) story. The room with the pillar also had this flaming little skull head whisking around in a circle.

If anyone could link me to the map in question or at least tell me the name so I could find it, I'd be grateful.

That's weird, then why do I think I found it here?

Oh right, I downloaded it from somewhere else, around the same time I downloaded a lot of your Halloween maps. So I had too many that I'd confuse for another map. But now I have my memory refreshed, I remember that YOUR maps are actually scary. (Live House, Dead House)

That still leaves the question of which map it is.

It looked a LITTLE similar to Boohouse, and at least one other Map in the Map Pack.
