Had to do another map rehaul due to an unknown glitch that happened where that LSD Castle Throne room was

A tunnel displacement (Yes, it leaks (leaked maps), and there'll be a room that actully is leaked on purpose)

excessive means to have something in excess; in this case, displacements.

don't make a shitload of displacements or those of us plagued with rustbuckets for pc's will suffer the consequences

How do I add Lightning that covers the whole map?

that is fullbright. there is no way to cover the entire map in light without putting the toolssky texture as the roof in every room.
otherwise, just make a light entity and put it in each room, spacing them evenly and make a light fixture for it to come out of.

mapping isn't easy or fast (at least for good maps) but doing it correctly can land you some nice places.

(note that almost all of the default maps for CS:S were at one point user-created maps in 1.6 that were very popular)

proper lighting is like a whole other aspect of level design that you have to learn and it can be quite complicated to do well

and if you don't add lighting, don't bother releasing your level at all.

And yes, there are lights, I entered debugsystemui and made it fullbright becuse I can't see anything without it (For an overview, of course)
