I'm guessing you got that from one of my maps. It's actually an original song by the guys who made the Madness Combat flash series. I downloaded it from their website a really long time ago. I have no idea if it's even still up these days.
There used to be a signature here, but it's gone now.

i think the above is a remix of the zelda eye of the storms song but i didn't find the correct remix
i really do look towards listening to the original soundtracks which these loops were made of

Re: what is the original name of this sound file
The first link is from the (underrated, imo) Sega Genesis game - Dynamite Headdy. I have no clue what the actual song name is, though. I just recorded the song straight from an emulator. The second song is indeed the Song of Storms from Ocarina of Time. I was almost certain that I got the remix from ocremix.org, but further investigation proves otherwise. I have no idea where else to find this song, but I do know that it's from an artist called Hyades D4.

Re: what is the original name of this sound file
once again, thank you very much
i searched for dynamite headdy soundtracks, found them as .vgz format and then i downloaded a program that could play those files.
so then i played each song and i found the correct song, it is Dynamite Headdy - Mystery Spot

i am still on the quest to find the zelda remix
