this is pretty interesting

simple editing tools used in trackmania will be used in a new build-your-own-FPS
Those industrious TrackManiacs might later make him a liar, but he’s right for now: in vanilla form, his FPS construction kit is almost impossibly basic, but in a good way. There’s no gun model, and the bullets are just little puffs of energy flung from the camera. The character models are still being worked on, but don’t expect a regular infantry.

Awesome, now all the shitty people who consider themselves awesome modders/map makers around going to flood the internet with shitty fps games. Can't wait. Hopefully the people who are actually good at this type of stuff take advantage though. Definitely some opportunity here.

Noticed that from the source of the link, can't find it on the article tho.
I've had TM for a long time and it's the best racing game I've seen yet. Shootmania is the new counterstrike

What are you on about, that's like the best map i've totally ever played, his brushwork is just so unique and the textures are to die for.

He took offense to anything that was even remotely negative. If you weren't sucking his cock he'd report you for trolling. Boo stepped up and put him in his place (I gave him a word or two as well), and shortly after he was either banned or deleted his account.
