I'm thinking we should archive the forums entirely and make the website substantially more straight forward.
Turn the homepage into the forum index, have 4 maybe 5 subforums that encompass everything. No sub-subforums, there's not remotely enough going on for that.

1. News and Politics
2. Games
3. Pictures, videos and meme's
4. Anything else

Have a link to Discord somewhere here or there

Theme should be default dark and more appealing to the eyes, VERY mobile friendly whether that means dumping phpBB and getting something similar to XenForo or whatever.

Users should be able to "React" to someone's post like everyone else has been doing for years.

At this point the location of activity is Discord (and a bit of Mumble). I don't see the point in rearranging the forums, which are effectively 100% archive now anyway.
