Ban reason: inappropriate spray

as far as I know my spray isn't inappropriate as it doesn't feature any nudity or racist remarks, in addition to this I have not been issued any warnings and was banned when I was not present in the server as I tried to log on today and saw that I was banned.

Anyway, Rule #6 states that all sprays must be in good taste
"A general rule of thumb is any spray that is child pornography, bestiality, hardcore pornography or is a shock picture will be removed and the appropriate punishment will be given. Softcore sprays are allowed but if you think it may be offensive, then you are better off not spraying it."


I personally would not take action based on that spray unless a player had a legitiment argument against its place in the server. I will wait for the banning admin to make a statement, and further investigate the situation accordingly. If you were indeed not given a verbal and text-based warning, which can be found while analyzing the server logs, appropriate action will be taken.

Again, I will wait for further information.

I believe pork bun was the admin? I do clearly remember him giving a textual warning to someone about a bad spray.

I was greeted with that spray as soon as I joined the server. It looks inappropriate. I don't watch anime or any of that so all I saw was an underaged kid with some sort of dong hanging out. To me, it looked like it was child pornography. Sure it's not a real penis but what would someone who isn't into this sort of thing say/do? I promptly asked you to remove it but you didn't reply so I removed the spray and gave out a warning about stuff like this on the server (see admin logs). Regardless of the underdeveloped abs, I still think this spray isn't appropriate. I may not share the same tastes as you or anyone for that matter but if KoD says he's fine with it then he'll unban you.

Thank you Porky for the speedy response. I will unban Pariah on the assumption that he has acknowledged how the spray can potentially detract somebody from the positive environment we promote on our servers. It is also strongly encouraged that a lighter spray be utilized instead, as further offensiveness may develop and immunity is certainly not guaranteed.

Its been three months. There was overwhelming admin and player support for your ban and you cant even wait a year to actually mature. Its up to the admins (mainly Pork Bun since he enacted the ban) but if it were me i would not lift your ban.
People change and most of us probably believe that you will eventually, but you should probably wait at least a year before you try to readdress your ban.

Play nice on other servers and learn how to be mature. Just because you're having fun with your comments does not mean that everyone else is.

I hope that makes my position clear. Ask again in a year from your original ban and i may have fewer "no's".
