That's a dumb skin a suppressor won't do nearly enough to be worth while on a standard revolver the blow by around the seal of the cylinder and barrel won't be reduced. The only style of revolvers that it would make sense with is the old russian Nagant M1985 revolver side arm the Russians used for years, since it actually had the jacket seal against the barrel. To suppress a standard revolver you would need to also encase the cylinder.
