Doesn't take a good spy to backstab players standing in one general location, zoomed in, unaware of their surroundings. Have fun though =D

Anyone who says they can hear footsteps on a busy server is either lying or has replacement sounds which alert them.

I'm assuming Jarate is a melee unlock judging from the nature of Karate. Perhaps a weapon which stuns the player on hit, but you have to wait to get a new one if you break it. There is always the chance that it replaces the smg and that you throw it ala baseball, but that's a pretty cool cop-out (gameplay advantages aside).
