Just judging from the stats, I kind of like the new scout's pistol...though +50% fire damage vulnerability is kind of a lot.

Glad to see that there's finally a new SMG for the sniper.

The new rocket launcher seems okay. Perhaps for more enclosed maps and such.

Holy shit, no fall damage/run twice as fast.
Valve had literally broken the scout twice.

edit: Second thoughts, this update is just like any other update made by valve. Weapons that can be broken easily (new sniper rifles has no drawback
if he is being healed/ no falling damage will fuck with custom maps), another rocket launcher for the soldier (he has like 6), no new grenade launcher
for the demo, skip.

Yeah, the sniper rifle sounds a little OP, but perhaps during focus, you cannot unscope at all (even manually)? Though, I always body shot with the sniper rifle, so it's a downgrade for me. =P

Most custom maps don't rely on fall damage so much as create a giant FIELD OF DEATH at the bottom of the map that causes pain

I also noticed that the new items given to the scout, sniper and soldier they have included hats and cloths.

The scout gets a laptop carrier (or intel carrier) and a nice looking hat
The sniper get a Balaclava (ski mask or robber mask) with small dark glasses
The soldier get tin can grenades and an rought Iron helmet
