If it wasn't broken it would be alright. I have said it before and i will say it again, When i was working at SONY, if a game i was working on had that map in it, that map would not release with the game because it is sooo broken. I would write a bug to have it removed from the game.

Alright, the broken maps (balloon race, treehut, etc.) should be taken off the map cycle, but still be able to be voted to switch to them if people shout loud enough.

It is obvious some of you, are just jealous of my superior map nominations.
There are actually at least 3 versions of balloon race I have played. (One is less sniper friendly) Though I agree balloon race does have a few "issues". Falling through the boat or getting stuck in it are not ideal.

Playing new maps every so often is nice. What I do not understand is when people nominate/vote for these huge maps like 5cp maps when we have less than 10 people on.

By the way what maps do you people like (because every one hates a map that someone else loves)?

My favorite maps in no particular order are:
Lolcano, Rooftime, most of the koths (no team work needed), degroot keep, balloon race, treehut, low gravity-original orange only, and sometimes redfort.

Treehut should be nominatable, balloonrace should not be. Treehut is an okay map and it's not broken. Balloonrace is a broken map that 50% of j2ers don't like.

I like the idea of tree-hut, but the map is too big and could have been designed better. Someone should make a better version and then I would actually vote for it.

Blah blah blah, could have been designed better. I know most maps have some issue, but why do some people think that all my favorite maps do? I try to make the best out of almost any map. Hey wasn't Zash who was nominating rainbow over and over for awhile to make people rage? I dont really like that map, but I gave it ago.

What really needs to happen is someone to update some of these maps, especially whale race, especially with that to be continued thing!
Parasyte could you be more specific. What are the obvious reasons why you do not like degroot? Too many demo knights?
