Medic Overheal...overhealing?

I know the server has had 200% overheal for awhile, but tonight it was like 500%. I had 1000hp as a soldier. Whats the deal?

I will corroborate this story as I was the one who noticed it on said map while playing medic. It made the match even more one-sided than it usually is when only one team has a medic. 1500 hp heavy OP.

It's possible that RollTheDice was enabled and an admin decided to give everyone lucky sandvich.

That is not what happened. I was playing medic and watched my healing targets hp climb to 500%. It was not instantaneous, I did not receive any overheal myself and there was no admin present at 1 am PST.

To be fair, whenever a team is attacking from the middle to 4th, or from 2nd to middle, you probably need that overheal to get through the meat grinders and sentries

It really wouldn't take many pyros near a choke point to create an impassable wall of air, things would get boring.
