Thanks for the update! We've been rather busy lately, but I'm hoping to have time this week to poke at things and get it going. Seems neat, though the pile of extensions required means I have to document a lot.
edit: didn't work during testing, will be trying again tonight with more players.
Can you try inputting the command: sm_reload_killstreak_reward_maps
If the plugin is successfully installed you should see a message of "killstreak rewards are now inactive" (assuming you are on a map that isn't Watergate).
The command should only need to be entered once. I don't recall if it's mandatory to be inputted in order for the plugin to work, but it might be.

just played this on 10x Mayhem Reflex Gamers. it is an awesome map https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YEBMwQKizI created by David Butterworth. All default settings should be fine.

Just a very nice looking reskin of upward.

EDIT: It's still in testing I think. So there may be a few bugs or map exploits on it. Overall I still think it'd be worth implementing to the server.

can we give badwater pro a try? It's being used in leagues and stuff, which means it's mostly bug free. Would be curious to see how it works for pub play

change list:
VIEW CONTENT:
Changes include: - A one way shutter door for RED out for A through the lobby to roof. The shutter opens as usual on A capping.
- A sightline blocking fence facing the alley leading to B.
- A new forward spawn location for BLU on capping B.
- New catwalk added to the backside of Lunchbox by C. (Thanks Aero!)
- Widened catwalks outside of lunchbox leading towards C.
- Walls shifted to increase space in Under on the route to C.
- Alternate door into Boiler from BLU forward spawn. (Thanks Aero!)
- Stairs to the Engineer nest at C made double wide to prevent dispenser blocks.
- Small room added attaching the staircase directly to the back of the Engineer nest at C.

- Lots of small quality of life changes to clipping and spawn positions

New Changes for v7: - Back stairwell in RED spawn between upper and lower
- Barrels outside Lunchbox on C replaced with a shed
- One way shutter now nobuild until A is capped
- Kill trigger in RED forward doorway on B cap *should* be more consistent
- Lowered BLU forward spawn door to not stick through the ground
