Funny, Joe hasn't defriended me.
In fact the only times we ever talk is if he sends me a random link to something and then goes back to saying nothing.

Nah, I emailed him a bit after he left. And I think he talks to some of the people who play DOTA through steam.

Considering how CS 1.6 is still popular somehow, tempted to throw together another Nipper maps server, even if no one ever plays on it. Maybe we could get together once a month for some as_crazytank.
