Yes, everyone should be speaking English on the server. If someone isn't, ask them nicely to do so, and if they don't, contact an admin.

stankfoot i know you didn't mean any harm but remember, someone new doesn't know the right place automatically, and there could be other things like english isn't their first language or whatever so try not to facepalm on someone's first post

if you've never been here before you don't already know there is a sticky thread and there are 10,000 other threads. if you don't want to spend a bunch of time looking for something that might not even exist, it's a lot faster to just make a new thread. i don't blame people who do it.
