I think that if people make a thread (or even multiple posts) announcing they are going to leave the mods should just ban them to speed up the process, because if the person was mature enough to try to start a dialogue with the offenders, or admins or just general discussion on why they are upset with the community then perhaps a solution is around the corner. But just making open threats of "ooh im going to leave, tell me why i shouldnt leave' is just a desperate cry for attention (as has been mentioned multiple times already).. just ban these people, lock the threads and lets move on.org
