Why are you making a thread for such a simple thing that you could have done yourself in less than 10 seconds?

Don't use a video how to, use a text one. You can whole sale copy paste commands that way, youtube not so much.

Read the instructions that come with the mod. Some require you to drag stuff into your minecraft.jar, some require a modloader, some require a modloader and a framework. There is no one size fits all.

The default rules for installing a mod are simple.
Step 1. Download the mod (unzip if necessary)
Step 2. Open it and select all the class files. DO NOT SELECT THE FOLDER THEY'RE IN, IF ANY.
Step 3. Find the minecraft.jar

Find minecraft.ajr in Windows
Click Start Menu (lower left corner)
Then go to Run
Type in %appdata%
There will be a window popup, browse in there you should find a minecraft folder
Go inside minecraft folder, then go into bin folder
Now you should see minecraft.jar

Step 4. Unzip minecraft.jar, remove the first two files from the meta-IMF folder in it, and paste those classes you copied earlier.
Step 5. Rename unzipped "minecraft" to minecraft.jar and delete the one you unzipped to get that folder.
Step 6. If there are any config folders in the download, click the back arrow to exit the bin. Create a folder named mods, then inside that one titled the name of the mod, then inside that copy paste all config files.
Step 7. Edit those config files however you want (if any) and run minecraft.

Or, most mods have instructions on the download site. Follow them.

ESPECIALLY modloader, which is essential for quick mod changes without editing the minecraft.jar manually. What mods were you planning to install anyways?
