why wouldn't you? cross-server games are impossible anyways so if you have an account on different servers (with a decent level, and don't mind the latency), you can play on both teams

also i'm assuming both (if any) tournaments won't be held at the same time

i'm also adding ratty to my team, whether he likes it or not

well... it also doesnt HAVE to be 5v5, there arent as many people on the EUW server as on US so it could be 3v3's for EUW but idk :s

1 mastery point doesn't do shit

level is a way of determining experience, if you've played enough games to be level 30, you know how to play and probably some semi-advanced tactics too

if you haven't, you've probably played less than (what does it take to get to 30, a hundred games 50% win ratio?)

so yes, it matters


also skill points numbers 9, 21 and 30 are the most important ones, since 9 gives you the magic pen and 21 gives you a capstone, and 30 obviously gives you both, AND another quint slot to use if i'm not mistaken

so while it might not matter much, it can still make a "significant" difference over the course of a game

Not to mention that levels 10, 20, and 30 all give you a quintessence, which with the added bonus of tier 3 runes, is huge. By level 30 I had a full AS/Armor pen page for Olaf, and even before level 30 it was returning huge bonuses on my damage.
