Should I get CS:GO?

Post by Azzza » Thu Dec 06, 2012 6:52 am

Lately I've been playing CS:S quite a lot and I am finding it really fun. I also recently watched a review on CS:GO and the basic message that I got from it was that not much had changed from Source to Global Offensive. Other than a graphics upgrade and a few minor weapons changes, nothing was different (Is this true?). So my question is this, is CS:GO worth buying if I already have CS:S when there is apparently not many changes?

I am asking because CS:GO is currently 50% off on steam and now would be the time to buy it.

the one woman has a full beard and no teeth and lives in an igloo...
so I must conclude that you, good sir, are lying and are really sitting around drinking beer with a moose and playing with your small canadian penis...

Nobody plays this hot mess anymore and it's only been out for four months, buy NS2 or something.

It just needs nipper maps. It doesnt feel like "j2 Counter Strike" night when we play the same few stock maps, and some random customs. We need the nipper maps :<
PS can we get the CSS server back up and running?

^ This.

Nipper maps were where all the fun shenanigans came from in the CS nights.

Seems like there are a lot of different opinions on the latest CS games. I think I'm gonna wait out until it's under $5 and get it.

On a side note, I think we should have a CS:S night soonish.

Should just put up cs 1.6 for the rare time we play.

CSS everyone just plays that shitty western map and 3 other nipper maps, when there are at least 5000 other maps of his.

Get it. It's an excellent game and it's so fun on how people are creative on game modes.

Especially Zombies. I love Zombie gamemodes.

Not only should you not buy CS:GO but you shouldn't buy another VALVe game until func_vehicle comes back.

Valve had so much potential for CS:GO
Until they fucked it up
By not putting in func_vehicle
