CSS CSGO CS:S CS:GO

Is it possible to get the IRC channel back for CS:S and additionally create one for CS:GO?
This will help in getting these servers filled again if people can see players joining it live, etc...
The only channels I see that bind to a J2 server are:

#j2tf4
#j2css exists only from Avvatar and myself idling in it... ()_()
