Some meanie is ruining fun on the CSS server

Hey guys and gals, long time no see. I know I've been out of the loop for several years now, and i'm sure I missed alot. But i'll make up for that later as I have an issue to address:

I come with a request regarding the CS:S server, as me and my buddies still hop on there occasionally to have fun.

Not all is fun and games, though, because from time to time, some random a-hole joins and starts teamkilling due to the server having friendly fire enabled. He always does this, and it's gotten to the point where me and my buds have had enough and want action to be taken. He always reconnects as well, because team killing only kicks you (sometimes it doesn't even do that) and doesn't outright ban you. Oh, and he's got a porn spray too, for added evil points.

If it's not too much to ask, could I be made a mod/admin/whatever for the CS:S server? I wont be abusing this status because I just want me and my friends to have a good time without some dingus spoiling it for everyone.

If this won't be granted, then are there any other ways this problem can be dealt with?

I know, but most of my buds don't have CS:GO, so we gotta make do with CS:S.

BTW, wasn't there a CS:GO server as well? What happened to that one?

Hop on IRC next time someone joins and starts being a dick and mention it. Unless it's super odd hours, 99% of the time an admin will be at least be some what looking at IRC and be able to pop in and take care of it.
