if you don't have CSS on the same account as gmod, you need to copy the maps, materials, models, sounds, and textures to your gmod folder
if you don't have CSS you can get those files via the source dedicated server
if you have CSS on the same account as gmod, just tell gmod to import the files or what's it called, there should be a menu in the main menu for that
