PFFT, Is that the temp server? If its not it could have been WorldEdited in. But if not. WOW, I have a wheat farm (ON SP) but it gives me about 300 wheat.

lol my lil farm fails in comparison, but then again, ive got plenty to sustain myself indefinatly. very impressive. now next question is, do you have a way to auto harvest that?

Server is a PvP Hardcore with extended bans for death. 60 player limit, constant 15 to 36 players.

After J0E and xen0ntana handled THE GREAT HARDCORE PLAYER fatkid and his cohorts quite easily(post glitch). Only to find that fatkid used reconnect glitches and his cohorts were x-rayers.
We as a group set off to find these so called hardcore servers. Now bored necrosexual, J0E and I decided to build a massive underground base to pass the time. So a nice big wheatfarm was par for the course.

Its 6 levels tall and 7x2 deep on each level, I forget how wide it is. You cant see the pistons for auto harvest but i assure you its there. Since this pic was taken we have built a control tower to watch over the harvest. Replanting takes 1 person about 15 minutes

wow, thats just.. rad. lol, it must've taken a lot of time just to get it started. id love to see it in person to take a look around it. anywho, cant wait for the actual mc servers to come back so i can get started on huge builds as well ^^

again, just looks really rad, how long did the red dust wiring alone take?

The wiring wasn't too bad, it runs down the right hand side and up to the control tower with a switch to activate the harvest. Each piston requires a redstone repeater so they can operate next to one another and there's a repeater every 8 or so blocks to keep the signal. Its a lot simpler than it looks.

Where's the water?

The water for the wheat is located under the stone brick slabs between each row, we're in the process of replacing the slab with blocks so that when we harvest no seed/wheat get stuck in the middle.

Really epic. Of course, with all that wheat you must have to make a alot of chests.
Next challenge: Melon/Pumpkin farm like this. With auto harvest.

Edit: Just got a closer look at 3rd pic and i see the couble chests. Cool.
